How to measure accurately
The math is only as good as the input, and face shape hinges on small width differences, so careful measuring matters more here than in most calculators. A second worked example: heart vs. diamond
Imagine forehead 5.2 in, cheekbones 5.5 in, jaw 5.0 in and length 6.8 in. The widest point is the cheekbone, the cheekbone-to-jaw ratio is 5.5 ÷ 5.0 ≈ 1.10 (cheekbones wider than the jaw), the forehead is only just wider than the jaw (forehead-to-jaw ≈ 1.04), and the length-to-width ratio is 6.8 ÷ 5.5 ≈ 1.24 (not especially long).
